2. What data we process
When you visit our shop and place orders, we process the following personal data:
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number where provided, items ordered
- Payment data: processed directly by the respective payment provider; we do not receive full card details
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, access times (collected automatically by our shop provider)
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to fulfil your order (performance of contract), to communicate with you, to prevent fraud and to meet legal obligations (for example accounting requirements).
4. Sharing with third parties
To fulfil your order we share data with the following categories of recipients:
- Shopify International Ltd. (shop platform and hosting)
- Payment providers (depending on the payment method chosen)
- Logistics and shipping partners (name and delivery address for delivery; our shipping partners may be based outside Switzerland and the EU)
Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on legal safeguards (in particular standard contractual clauses or the necessity of the transfer for performance of the contract).
5. Cookies and analytics
Our shop uses technically necessary cookies (for example for the shopping cart) as well as statistics functions provided by Shopify. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time; the shopping cart may then work only to a limited extent.
6. Retention
We keep order and invoice data for as long as statutory retention periods require (in Switzerland generally 10 years) and delete it afterwards.
7. Your rights
Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) — and, where applicable, the EU GDPR — you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact shoplatrend@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); EU customers with their local supervisory authority.
