14-day return policy
You can return items within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Here's how:
- Email us at shoplatrend@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
- Once received and checked, we refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.
You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns can't be matched to an order.
Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU
Consumers resident in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, a clear statement is sufficient (for example an email to shoplatrend@gmail.com). Sending the withdrawal notice in time is enough to meet the deadline. In case of withdrawal we refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your statement; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Damaged or incorrect items
Did an item arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong one? Send us a photo at shoplatrend@gmail.com — we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. In that case we cover all costs, of course.
