Terms and conditions
Last updated: July 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop La Trendshop, operated by Ayobi (sole proprietorship), 3512 Walkringen, Switzerland, UID CHE-448.680.524 ("we"). By placing an order you accept these terms in the version valid at the time of your order.
2. Offer and contract
The display of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.
3. Prices and payment
The prices shown at the time of your order apply. All prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made using the methods offered during checkout. The goods remain our property until paid in full (retention of title).
4. Delivery and shipping
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery normally takes 7 to 14 working days, as part of our range is shipped directly from international warehouses. The expected delivery time is shown during checkout. Once shipped, you receive a tracking number by email.
For international shipments, import duties or customs charges may apply in individual cases and are payable by you. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers, but we will help you follow up on your shipment.
5. Returns
We voluntarily offer a 14-day return policy from receipt of the goods. Details are on our Returns & withdrawal page. Customers resident in the EU also have the statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply. If the goods delivered are defective, please contact us at shoplatrend@gmail.com — at our discretion we will provide a replacement, a repair or a refund. Please report visible transport damage with a photo within 7 days where possible; this makes handling easier but is not a precondition for your statutory rights.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability provisions (in particular under product liability law) remain unaffected.
8. Data protection
Information on how we process your personal data can be found in our Privacy policy.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Ayobi. Mandatory consumer protection provisions at the customer's place of residence remain reserved.
10. Final provisions
If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; the version valid at the time of your order applies.
